PipeIn was born from a fact: in Italy 40% of drinking water is wasted because of the poor maintenance of pipelines. This means that every 30 seconds in Italy is wasted a quantity of drinking water equal to that contained in 3 Olympic swimming pools. This figure has deeply impressed us and convinced us to start our entrepreneurial project by using our engineering background.

Looking into the causes of the problem, we realized that the correct maintenance of pipelines is a common challenge in many sectors: from aqueducts to penstocks, from oil pipelines to pipes carrying fuel and hydrogen.

We haven't stopped since then.

Graduated in Physics from Università di Torino, he earned a PhD at the University of Aix-Marseille and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Korean Institute for Basic Science. He has experience in applying artificial intelligence techniques in the areas of predictive maintenance and energy trading.

Master's degree student in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. He earned his bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering at Ferdowsi University. He has experience in mechatronics, electronics and robotics.
